Memory modules for use in HP Pavilion x360 models:
8-GB 693374-005
4-GB 691740-005
Memory modules for use in HP x360 310 G2 models:
8-GB 670034-001
4-GB 641369-001
IMPORTANT: The memory modules are not customer replaceable.
Before removing a memory module, follow these steps:
1. Shut down the computer. If you are unsure whether the computer is o or in Hibernation, turn the
computer on, and then shut it down through the operating system.
2. Disconnect all external devices connected to the computer.
3. Disconnect the power from the computer by rst unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet and then
unplugging the AC adapter from the computer.
4. Remove the top cover (see Top cover on page 29).
5. Remove the system board (see System board on page 43).
To remove a memory module:
1. Remove the memory shielding.
2. Spread the retaining tabs (1) on each side of the memory module slot to release the memory module.
(The memory module tilts up.)
