2.6.2 Maintenance - Firmware Update
When you click Maintenance in the Menu bar, the Maintenance Main page will display as
below.
Firmware Update
Enter Update Mode: Click this item to enter the update mode.
Once you've entered the firmware update mode, the device will be reset even if you cancel the
process of firmware updating.
1. When updating firmware, you are given the option to "Preserve Configuration." Uncheck
this option to load the factory default settings, and all the configuration sett ings will be
lost.
2. If you are using the Static IP mode, it is not recommended to uncheck "Preserve
Configuration," since it will reset the network settings to the DHCP (Dynamic Host
Configuration Protocol) mode.
2.7 Miscellaneous
2.7.1 Miscellaneous page
This feature allows the user to perform network activities. Click Miscellaneous in the Menu
bar to display the Miscellaneous page.
