1.4.1 Rack-Mounted Installation

Assign at least three persons or use a lifting trolley to move a battery module.
When using a lifting trolley to move a battery module on the aisle, adjust the
trolley angle to facilitate installation.
If you use a lifting trolley to install a battery module, the center of gravity of
the module is on the guide rails when the module is pushed beyond the
warning line. You can lower the tabletop of the lifting trolley to separate the
module from the tabletop, and then push the module inwards. Doing so
prevents the front panel of the battery module from colliding with the lifting
trolley.
If you use a lifting trolley to remove a battery module, the center of gravity of
the module is on the trolley when more than half of the module is pulled out.
You can raise the tabletop of the lifting trolley to separate the module from the
guide rails, and then pull the module outwards. Doing so prevents the tail of
the battery module from colliding with the front panel of the battery module
on the lower layer.
Install and secure batteries from the bottom up to prevent falling over due to
imbalance.
NO TICE
The maximum height of rack-mounted battery modules is 1.5 m.
For rack-mounted installation, a distance of 0.4 U must be reserved between
battery modules at the upper and lower layers.
Due to the limitation of battery modules, it is recommended that the distance
between the door beam and the guide rails be less than or equal to 200 mm.
The depth of the rack (from the outer side of the front door beam to the outer
side of the rear door beam) must be at least 600 mm.
