1 ) P o r ta r e il p e da l e ( 5, F i g . A) i n p o s i z i o n e c o m p l e ta m e n t e
abbassata per evitar e l'impr ovvisa apertura delle grif fe.
2) Collegar e lo smontagomme ad una r ete di aria compr essa
(con pr essione di eser cizio consigliata da 8 a 10 Bar ) tramite
l ' a tt a cc o a r e s c a ( 1, F i g . B / 5 ) f o r n i t o d i s e ri e , u t ili zz a n d o un
tubo in gomma per aria compr essa con diametr o inter no di
7-8 millimetri.
La pr essione della r ete d'aria compr essa
non deve mai superare il valor e di 16 Bar .

ect pneumatic hook-up, pr oceed as follows:
1) Lower the pedal (5, Fig. A) all the way down to avoid sudden
opening of the clamps.
2) Connect the machine to a compr essed air supply (with
r ecommended operating pr essur e of 8 - 10 bar ) by means o
f
the coupling (1, Fig. B/5) supplied as standar d, using a 7-8 mm
(internal Ø) rubber hose for compr essed air .
The compressed air pr essur e must not
exceed 16 bar .

attentamente che la tensione di r ete corrisponda a quella
riportato sul cartellino voltaggio (posizionato sul cavo di ali -
mentazione dello smontagomme).
E' assolutamente obbligatorio che l'impianto sia corr edato di
una buona rete di terra. L a m a cc hin a d e v e e ss e r e c o ll e ga t a
ad int e rr utt o r e a ut o m a ti c o di alimentazione (dif fer enziale)
tarato a 30 mA.

smontagomme, l'assorbimento richiesto e verificar e se la r ete
elettrica in questione è suffi cientemente dimensionata.
Befor e making any electric hook up, check to be certain that
the mains voltage corr esponds to what is stamped on the volt -
age tag (attached on the feeding cable of the tyre changer).
It is absolutely essential that the system is equipped with a
good gr ounding cir cuit. The machine must be connected to a
power supply line circuit br eaker set for 30mA.
Note the r equir ed power draw as highlighted on the tag-
plate
fixed to the back of the tir e changer . Check to make

to carry this.
