► The battery cannot be charged
- Check that the connection terminals of the charger plug and charging socket at the
charge port are clean. If not, wipe them clean with a dry cloth.
- With the (optional) range extender installed, check the electric connection between
the range extender and the charge port on the frame.
- Connect the charging adapter to the battery charging port securely and charge again.
If the battery still does not charge, consult your local authorised retailer.
► The LED indicator on the charger does not illuminate.
- Turn on the assist system. If the battery charges properly, the charge level indicators
on the console will ash and show the current charge level.
- Disconnect and then reconnect the AC plug of the charger and then repeat the charging
operation.
- If the LED indicator on the charger still does not illuminate, contact your local authorised
retailer.

If your e-bike does not work properly due to mechanical problems, assist system issues or
any other problem that cannot be identied or resolved, contact your local authorised retailer.
