Attach the work clamp
The work clamp must be attached to the workpiece while you are cutting. Ensure that the work
clamp and the workpiece make good metal-to-metal contact. Attach the work clamp as close as
possible to the area being cut to reduce exposure to electric and magnetic fields (EMF). Do not
attach the work clamp to the portion of the workpiece to be cut away.
Power ON the system
1. Set the ON/OFF rocker switch to the ON (I) position.
