press or short press) again to exit from the Emergency mode.
2. The radio receives the preset Emergency Exit type signaling in the Emergency mode.
3. Exit the Emergency mode automatically after the limited emergency recurrence set
by your dealer terminates.
4. Power off the radio.
Emergency Mode
After entering the Emergency mode, the radio will switch to the preset Emergency
Channel. The complete emergency alarm process includes four stages: ID transmission,
emergency tone transmission, background tone transmission and forced reception. The
recurrence times or duration of each stage is set by your dealer. The Emergency mode
includes:
1. Not transmit the emergency tone when alarming.
2. The transmitting party can hear the emergency tone when alarming.
3. The receiving party can hear the emergency tone when alarming.
4. Both the transmitting and receiving parties hear the emergency tone when alarming.
Lone Worker
In the Lone Worker mode, do operate the radio within a preset period (programmable by
your dealer); otherwise the radio will enter the Emergency mode automatically to send
signals for help.
Ways to enable the Lone Worker function:
1. Press and hold down the key programmed as Lone Worker to toggle the function
on/off. LWORK.ON (/OFF) appears on LCD.
2. Select through the menu.
