The Sense Condition command is used to sense temperature in a device. This command is executable
without spinning up even if a device is started with No Spin Up option.
If this command is issued at the temperature out of range which is specified for operating condition, the
error might be returned with IDN bit 1.
Not recommendable condition for start up. If over stressed condition is detected,
this bit will be set to one.
