o This code stays displayed and flashes every 5 seconds.
o The unit begins to measure after 15 seconds and displays the speed of the approaching
vehicles, according to the chosen parameters.
• C = ERASE UNIT MEMORY
o Choose "C"
o The erasing process starts after 10 sec.
• P = UPLOAD PARAM "TAILOR MADE" ZONE TO THE UNIT
The unit must be powered and in measurement mode.
o Press the settings encoder button for 3 seconds.
o When the settings encoder display stops blinking, release the button.
o The encoder display blinks quickly.
o Then press the button to scroll through the menus (they scroll in a loop).
o When the "P" menu appears on the encoder, wait 3 seconds, until the encoder display
shows "u".
o Insert the USB stick into the USB port.
o The I-SAFE reads the data from the USB stick and the dot next to the "u" flashes.
o Do not remove the stick while the dot next to the “u” is flashing.
o When the display shows P again, the USB stick can be unplugged.
o Press the button again for 3 seconds and release when the display stops flashing.
o Scroll through menus again until the encoder displays “-” .
o "-" stays displayed and flashes every 5 seconds.
o The unit begins to measure after 20 seconds and displays the speed of the approaching
vehicles, according to the chosen parameters.
• B = Bluetooth module configuration
• Ͱ = TEST (LED segments, battery level, etc.)
• A = DEMO/VALIDATION (based on the last selected zone parameters - display by steps of 10 km/h,
looped sequence)
If no ZONE is chosen, the display automatically switches to TAILOR MADE ZONE 1 after four minutes.
