Corrective Method: Ensure that the signal wire
is connected to the payout module.

Cause:
1. Two seconds after activation, the SYSTEM did not wait for the READY signal from
the DEVICE and jumped to the exception mode.
2. Two seconds after a transaction, the SYSTEM did not wait for the READY signal
triggered by the DEVICE.
Corrective Measure:
1. Ensure that the machine interface and the VMC
interface are consistent.
2. Ensure that the interface transmission wire is
properly connected.
