If your ICT Cash Counters & Coin Sorters displays a 'No Communication with VMC' error, it could be because the system didn't receive the READY signal from the device after activation or during a transaction. Ensure that the machine interface and VMC interface are consistent. Also, verify that the interface transmission wire is properly connected.

      Cameron JordanAug 23, 2025
If you encounter a 'Deck Open Problem' with your ICT Cash Counters & Coin Sorters, it may be because the deck has been open for over 30 seconds or there is an issue with the reject bar. Close the deck and reactivate the power. If the problem persists, the reject bar may be faulty. In that case, the system will retry once a minute for 10 times. If the problem is not resolved after 10 retries, remove the LCM panel to leave this exception.

    • C
      courtney26Aug 25, 2025
To resolve a Tube H/L Sensor Error on your ICT Cash Counters & Coin Sorters: 1. Open the LCM panel to check for coins stuck in the coin separation area. If coins are stuck, push aside the transparent latch for the coin guiding board, remove the coin guiding board, remove the stuck coins, and then reinstall the coin guiding board. Turn the power back on and test each denomination to ensure it enters the correct coin tube. 2. Make sure that the coin tubes are correctly positioned. Restart the power, then insert each denomination to confirm it goes into the right coin tube. If this works, the issue is resolved.
