USING THE PROJECTOR
Setup menu
Setup projection menu
Projection
Select the preferred projection orientation: Front, Rear, Ceiling-front, Ceiling-rear.
Setup screen type menu
Screen Type (for WUXGA model only)
Choose the screen type from 16:9 and 16:10.
Setup power settings menu
Direct Power On
Choose “On” to activate Direct Power mode. The projector will automatically power on when AC power is supplied,
without pressing the “Power” key on the projector keypad or on the remote control.
Signal Power On
Choose “On” to activate Signal Power mode. The projector will automatically power on when a signal is detected,
without pressing the “Power” key on the projector Keypad or on the remote control.
Note: Only supported on HDMI 1, HDMI 2 and VGA In 1 Connector.
Auto Power O󰀨 (min.)
Sets the countdown timer interval. The countdown timer will start, when there is no signal being sent to the
projector. The projector will automatically power o󰀨 when the countdown has nished (in minutes).
Power Mode (Standby)
Set the power mode setting.
Active: Select for normal standby (<2W).
Note: LAN and VGA out functions are On.
Eco.: Reduce power dissipation (<0.5W).
Note: LAN and VGA out functions are not available.
USB Power (Standby)
Enable or disable the USB power function when the projector is in standby mode.
Note: This function is grayed out if the “Power Mode (Standby)” is set to “Eco.”.
Setup security menu
Security
Enable this function to prompt for a password before using the projector.
On: Choose “On” to use security verication when turning on the projector.
O󰀨: Choose “O󰀨” to be able to switch on the projector without password verication.
Security Timer
Opens the Month/Day/Hour function to set the number of hours the projector can be used. Once the set time is
elapsed the password will be required to use the projector.
