6.2.3 Permanent run mode
In Permanent run mode all machine movements are performed, but stoppers are
not fed.
Consecutive faults are ignored. The sensor monitoring of the SV 125 is switched
off.
NOTE
The machine must be cleared out before switching on Permanent run
mode.
CAUTION!
To avoid machine damage, insertion rod holder, insertion tube holder,
stopper turning device, rotary piston pumps and filling needles must be
dismounted before starting Permanent run mode.
Mode of procedure

Dismount the pumps, see chapter 9.2.1, page 9 --3.

Turn the key --switch on the operator panel to the left.

Withdraw key from key--switch.

Switch on the control voltage.

Check error display, eliminate any present faults and reset with control field
.

Touch control field on screen Service -- General to switch
Permanent run mode on or off.

Touch control field and keep it pressed for 3 s to switch on the machine
drive.
