  If you're experiencing no sound or very low sound from your Insignia Speakers, ensure you're connected to an audio OUTPUT jack on your sound source, not an input jack. Check the speaker volume level and, if using Bluetooth, increase the volume on your Bluetooth device. Also, verify that the sound isn't muted by pressing the mute button on the remote. Ensure the correct audio source is selected using the Volume/Source button. Confirm the power is on and all connections are secure. If using a 3.5 mm cable, increase the volume on your sound source. Finally, check for any damage to the audio cable, and try a different one if necessary.

  If your Insignia Speakers are producing a sound that is breaking up or buzzing, first ensure that you are connected to an audio OUTPUT jack on your sound source. An input jack will not transmit the audio correctly. Next, check that all connections are secure and that cables are undamaged. Try connecting to a different source device, like a TV or DVD player, to see if the buzzing persists. If it stops, the original source device may be the problem. You can also try using a different connection method, such as Aux instead of RCA, to ensure the jacks on both devices are working correctly. Lastly, make sure that the audio cable you are using is not damaged. If it is, try using another one.
