What to do if there is no sound from Insignia Speakers?

If you're experiencing no sound or very low sound from your Insignia Speakers, ensure you're connected to an audio OUTPUT jack on your sound source, not an input jack. Check the speaker volume level and, if using Bluetooth, increase the volume on your Bluetooth device. Also, verify that the sound isn't muted by pressing the mute button on the remote. Ensure the correct audio source is selected using the Volume/Source button. Confirm the power is on and all connections are secure. If using a 3.5 mm cable, increase the volume on your sound source. Finally, check for any damage to the audio cable, and try a different one if necessary.
