Lubrication procedures
Refer to “Lubricate ballnuts” on page 114 if your load frame model is 34SC-05,
34SC-1 or 34SC-2.
Refer to “Lubricate ballnuts and linear guide carriages” on page 116 if your load
frame model is 34SC-5.
Lubricate ballnuts
This procedure applies to models 34SC-05, 34SC-1, and 34SC-2, refer to Figure 23 on
page 115.

1. If the system is used more than 100 hours per month, inspect the lubricated area periodically and
increase lubrication frequency as required.
2. Operating time is defined as time of crosshead movement, not the length of time the system has been
powered on.
