Problem What to do Reference/Procedure
The PE653 Device appears to
be ‘LOCKED UP”.
Power down the PE653
device to reset.
Turn OFF the AC power to the PE653 by turning OFF 1.
the breaker that feeds terminals 1 & 2 on the device.
Turn the AC power back ON.2.

section on page 71.
