3 Open the media door and remove the media.
4 Use the cleaning swab to clean all parts of the printer.
5 After the parts are dry, replace the media.
6 Turn on the printer.
Replace the Platen Roller
If the platen roller becomes worn or damaged, you need to replace it.
1 Turn off the printer.
2 If necessary, disconnect the printer from power.
3 Lift both media release latches to open the media door.
