Do not bury the power cable. The power cable must be
positioned in such a way that it cannot be damaged by lawn
mowers, hedge cutters, etc.
The connection cable on the pump cannot be replaced. If the
cable is damaged, the pump or transformer must be disposed of.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not use extension
cables, timers, etc. to connect the pump to the electricity
supply. Ensure that there is a socket at an appropriate point.
Do not operate the pump or pull the mains plug out of the
socket when you are in the water or your hands are wet.
Ensure that the transformer is more than 3.5 m away from the
pool. The electrical connection must be more than 4 m away
from the pool. Contact your local authority regarding the
relevant standards and requirements for electrical installation
of swimming pools and pool equipment.
Position the pump away from the pool to prevent children
climbing on the pump and jumping into the pool.
Do not use the pump when there is anyone in the pool.
Replace damaged elements as quickly as possible. Only parts
approved by the manufacturer may be used.
Do not change the position of the valve or the size of the filter
sieve.
Check the filter cartridge and the filter sieves at regular
intervals to ensure that no dirt has accumulated that could
prevent good filtration. The filter media used must also be
disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.
Every time you use the pump, check that the suction openings
are not obstructed.
Ensure that the cover is never removed or obstructed when
the pump is in use because of the powerful suction force of the
pump.
Keep hair and hands away from the pump and the hoses while
it is in operation.
