3. Let the water drain out of the pump housing.

5. Clean the filter cartridge

Depending on the wear on the filter cartridge, a new cartridge may be required
for the next season. Keep a spare cartridge in case it is required.
6. In order to ensure flexibility during long-term storage, we recommend rubbing
appropriate care products into the sealing ring, the rubber ring on the air outlet
valve

and the rubber rings on the pump hose connections.
7. To disassemble the skimmer, follow the assembly instructions in reverse order (see
the section “Fitting the skimmer”).

− Always keep the pool and the pool water clean.
− Always follow the instructions of the chemical manufacturer
and the health and safety warnings.
− Do not add chemicals to the pool while it is being used. This
could irritate the skin and eyes.
− Keep chemicals out of the reach of children.

Water treatment products and concentrated chlorine solution can
damage the pool liner and the pump. Chlorine solution can dam-
age plants.
− Ensure that no excess doses of water treatment products or con-
centrated chlorine solution come into contact with the pool liner.
