The use of low-power RF devices shall not affect flight safety or interfere with legal communications; if
interference is found, the user should stop using the device immediately and improve it until there is no
interference.
Legal communication in the preceding paragraph refers to radio communications operating in accordance with
the provisions of the Telecommunications Act. Low-power RF devices must withstand interference from
legitimate communications or radio electrical equipment for industrial, scientific, and medical use.
