Warranty
Standard Warranty can be extended to up to 5 years on the TIGER when registering your instrument via our
website: www.ionscience.com/instrument-registration To receive your Extended Warranty, you need to
register within one month of purchase (Terms and Conditions apply).
To register your TIGER instrument, simply fill in the online form. You will need to enter your instrument serial
number. The serial number is located on the front label of the instrument, towards the bottom end of the unit.
Beneath the bar code, there will be a number beginning with T- followed by 6 digits. (E.g.T-123456).
You will then receive a confirmation email that your Extended Warranty Period has been activated and
processed.
