anysuchpartorcomponent.AllrepairpartsmustbegenuineJacuzziparts.Allrepairsorreplacementsmustbe
performedbyanindividualorservicingcompanythatisproperlytr
ained,statequalifiedorlicensedtodothe
typeofrepair.
ReplacementoftheproductmaybeauthorizedbyJacuzzionly.Jacuzzidoesnotauthorizeanypersonor
companytoassumeforitanyobligaonorliabilityinconneconwiththereplacementoftheproduct.IfJacuz

determinesthatrepairofaproductisnotpossible,Jacuzziwillreplacetheproductwithacomparableproductat
Jacuzzi’sdiscreon.IfacomponentorproductreturnedtoJacuzziisfoundtobefreeofdefectsinmaterialor
workmanship,ordamagedbyimproperinstallaonordamage
dduringreturnshipping,thewarrantyclaimfor
product,partsandlabormaybedenied.
