Janome 134D - Front Needle Guard Adjustment

TO ADJUST THE POSITION OF THE FRONT NEEDLE GUARD.
9. Replace both needles with size 14 needles.
10. Push the front needle guard (I) slightly to adjust the clearance between the size 14
needles (J) and the lower looper (P) to 0 to 0.05 mm (H). Tighten hexagon socket
screws (A).
Note: No need to adjust the position of rear needle guard (K)
11. Check the lower looper timing (Refer to page 22).
12. Check the clearance between the loopers (Refer to page 25).
13. Attach the face plate (Refer to page 6), needle plate and presser foot.
