17. Turn the rotary control dial inside the RV to “CLEAN”. If decalcication does not
start, make sure power to the water heater is turned ON. The yellow status LED will
ash slowly (1 sec on, 1 sec o) during decalcication.
1. Open all xtures again to rinse the system. Requires approximately 8 gallons of water.
2. Run water until the yellow status LED on the rotary dial goes out.
3. Set the rotary dial to OFF.
4. Close all xtures.
5. Turn water supply OFF, turn water pump OFF.
6. Open a hot water faucet to relieve pressure.
7. Rinse system once again to make sure plumbing system contains no decalcication
agent. If water still has a red color, it must be ushed until the water is clear.
8. Remove the signs from xtures.
9. Close the exterior water heater panel.
Refer to the Aqua Go manufacturer manual for complete instructions and safety and
troubleshooting information, along with error codes.
The decalcication agent may cause irritation to skin and eyes. In case of
contact with skin immediately, rinse with plenty of water. In case of eye
contact hold eyelid open and rinse with running water for 10-15 minutes.
Consult an eye specialist.
Never use the water supply in the RV during decalcication.
Wear protective gloves, eye protection and face protection to avoid
contact with the decalcication agent.
The use of non-original Truma AquaGo decalcication tablets (e.g.
vinegar) for decalcication can cause chemical reactions and produce
hazardous substances the could enter the drinking water supply.
mix Truma AquaGo decalcication tablets with other substances
to avoid chemical reactions and production of hazardous substances.
Outside Shower (If So Equipped)
A handheld shower assembly with both hot and cold water may be included for use outside
of your recreational vehicle.
1. Be sure the water heater is ON and had sucient time to heat the water.
2. Open the outside shower compartment door.
3. If dry camping, be sure the 12-volt water pump is ON.
4. Remove the handheld shower from its holder.
5. Turn ON the hot and cold faucet knobs, and adjust the water temperature as desired.
6. To activate the handheld shower turn ON the sprayer head attachment (some models).
To turn o the water, close the hot/cold control (faucet) knobs. The lever on the
shower head will not completely stop the ow of water; this is intentional to allow for
