Changing the system settings
The LaneSense system has settings
to adjust the intensity of the steering
wheel torque (Low / Medium / High) and
the warning zone sensitivity (Early /
Medium / Late) that you can configure
using the Uconnect™ system screen.
Refer to the “Settings” paragraph in
the “Multimedia” section for further
information.
NOTES:
The system will not apply torque to the
steering wheel whenever a safety system
engages (ABS brakes, traction control
system, electronic stability control,
frontal collision alarm, etc.).
Use of the direction indicators and
hazard lights also suppresses the
warnings.
