There might be a lack of rigidity in your hold-down method, so check that all T-slot hold-downs, table-lock, and drill head bolts are tight. The speed might be too fast for the material and drill size, so check speed recommendations and reduce speed if necessary. The feed might be too fast, so reduce the feed rate. You might be using no or improper cutting fluid, so use or change to the proper fluid or coolant. Finally, the drill bit might be improperly ground, so check the angles and reliefs and regrind to the proper geometry.
