Boom Joystick
The boom joystick (3) controls the extend/retract and lift/lower boom functions.
• Move the joystick back to lower boom; move joystick forward to lift boom; move
joystick right to retract boom; move joystick left to extend boom.
• The speed of boom functions depends upon the amount of joystick travel in
corresponding direction.
• For two simultaneous boom functions, move the joystick between quadrants. For
example; moving the joystick forward and to the left will raise and extend boom
simultaneously.
WARNING
FALL/CRUSH HAZARD. Rapid, jerky operation of controls will cause rapid, jerky
movement of the platform. Such movements could cause the load/occupants to shift
or fall.
