Treadmill Lubrication
Iftheleveloffrictionbetweenthedeckand
thebeltishigh,itwilldamagethemotor
andelectronics.Therunningbeltmustbe
lubricatedbyaspeciallubricationoilaftera
periodofusage.Awell-lubricatedtreadmill
willhaveasmoothrunningandlastlonger.
Recommendation:
• Lessthan3hoursperweekofuse,
lubricateitevery6months.
• 3-6hoursperweek,
lubricateitevery3months.
• Morethan6hoursperweek,
lubricateiteverymonth.

Adjust Running Belt
A
fteraperiodoftime,theuserwillfeelthereis
apausesensationwhilstrunning.Runningbelt
canlooseandstretchabitovertimecausinga
slippingsensationifitisnotadjustedandtightened
whenisneeded.
Ifthebeltistootight,thismaycauseharmto
yourmotorand/orroller.Abelttoolooseortootight
cancausewearandtearofboththebeltandthe
board.
Check If The Running Belt Is Loosen
1. Onewayofcheckingiseverytimeyouusethe
treadmill,setthespeedat2-3km/h.
Walkonthemachineandtrytostoptherunning
beltwithyourfeetwhileholdingthehandrails
andpullingyourbodyontheoppositedirection.
Ifthebeltstops,meansthatitisloosenand
needstobetightened.
2. Anotherwayischeckingifthegapbetweenthe
runningbeltandtherunningboardissmaller
than5-6mm,thatmeansthattherunningbeltis
loosen.
Tight The Running Belt:
1. Poweroff.
2. Turnthetwobeltadjustmentscrews,
locatedattherear,clockwisetotighten
thebeltslightlybyquarters.
3. Getbacktothetreadmillandcheckthebelt
(readdescriptionabove).Ifitisstillloose,
re-adjustthebeltscrewsbyanotherquarter.
Untilyougetatightenbelt.
4. Runthemachineonitsownfor1-2minutesto
seeifthebeltstaysinthemiddle.
5. Dothenaltest.Leavethemachinerunningfor
acoupleofminutesat6-8km/h
6. Iftherunningbeltstaysinthecentre,wecan
usethetreadmillstraightaway.
Adjust The Belt When Is
Not In The Centre (Bear Left Or Right):
Usuallybetweentheframesandtherunningbelt
thereshouldbeagapof5-6mmonbothsides.If
thatgapisdifferentitmeansthatthebeltis
eccentric.Sowehavetoputitbacktotheright
positionbyfollowingthesesteps:
1. Poweronandsetthespeedat2-3km/hand
adjustthescrewattheendofthetreadmill
slowlywiththeAllenkey.
2. Ifthebeltslantstotheleft,adjusttheleftbolt
clockwiseoradjusttherightboltcounter
clockwise.Ifthebeltslantstotheright,adjustin
theoppositemanner.
3. Whileadjustingthebelt,checkifthegapof
differencehasdisappeared,ifitisstillthere,
screwtheboltagain.Repeatthisprocedureuntil
therunningbeltisinthecentre.Itdoesnotneed
tobealignedperfectly,butensureitisnot
scrapingorrubbingonanythingonthesides.
4. Setthespeedat6km/htocheckifthe
runningbeltisstillinthesameposition.Once
youcheckedthat,thetreadmillisreadytouse.
Therunningbeltshouldbereplacedevery24.000
km.Therunningdeckshouldbeippedevery24.000
kmandreplacedevery48.000km.Aserviceprompt
willappearatthisintervalandthepartswillneedto
bereplaced.
