This is normal and due to the Auto Power O function. If necessary, set the parameter of the Auto
Power O function.
If you don’t need the power to turn o automatically, turn the “AUTO OFF” setting “Disable".

The instrument does not turn on.
Is the AC adaptor/power cord correctly connected to an AC outlet and to the ONE? 16
Could you have turned the power on again immediately after turning the power o?
Allow an interval of at least ve seconds before turning the power on again.

Use a connection cable that doesn’t contain a resistor.

Could you be using a connection cable that contains a built-in resistor? Use a connection cable that
does not contain a resistor.

Could the AUDIO IN Level be down? Select a higher setting. 44
The keyboard volume is lower than the Song
playback volume.
The volume level for the keyboard performance is set too low. Adjust the volume balance to increase
the keyboard volume via the Song Control Menu.

Is the “Tuning” or "Temperament" setting appropriate? Check the parameters. 28

Is the external amplier or other device used with the ONE connected to a dierent AC power outlet?
Connect the amplier or other device to the same AC outlet as the ONE.

Check the format of your USB Memory. The ONE can use USB Memory that has been formatted as FAT.
If your USB Memory was formatted using any other method, please re-format it as MS-DOS FAT.

Could the USB Memory be write protected? -
Is there sucient free space on the USB Memory? -
Audio recording won’t start or stops unexpectedly. Is there sucient free space on the USB Memory? -
The songs won’t play.
The le type of the song is not one of the le types that the ONE can play. 35

This "johannus-one-xx" model name does not
appear in the Bluetooth device list of your mobile
device.
