Dealer Service
25-Hour Service
1. Change engine oil.
2. Clean/replace the air cleaners pre-filter or Oil-
foam element if fitted.
(Shorter intervals for dusty operating conditions.)
3. Clean/replace the air cleaners filter cartridge
(25 hours, 100 hours when a pre-filter is in
place).
(Shorter intervals for dusty operating conditions.)
3. Check the tyre pressures.
4. Check the cutting unit (visual inspection).
5. Lubricate the belt adjuster.
6. Lubricate joints and shafts.
7. Adjust the brake (FR 13, FR 2111).
8. Check the V-belts.
9. Clean the engines cooling air intake.
10. Check/clean the hydrostatic transmissions
cooling fins.
50-Hour Service
1. Perform the 25-hour service as detailed above.
2. Check the transmission oil level
(Hydrostatic machines).
3. Check/adjust the parking brake
(Hydrostatic machines).
4. Check/adjust the throttle cable.
5. Clean the engine and transmission cooling fins.
6. Check/adjust the cutting unit settings.
7. Inspect the flame proofing/spark extinguisher
(extra equipment)
100-Hour Service
1. Perform the 25-hour service as detailed above.
2. Perform the 50-hour service as detailed above.
3. Replace the air cleaners pre-filter and paper
filter.
4. Change the inline fuel filter.
5. Clean/replace the spark plug.
Delivery and Dealer Service
300-Hour Service
1. Inspect the machine. Reach agreement with the
customer with regard to what additional work is
to be carried out.
2. Perform the 25-hour service as detailed above.
3. Perform the 50-hour service as detailed above.
4. Perform the 100-hour service as detailed
above.
5. Check the play in the engine valves.
At Least Once Each Season
1. Change the engine oil (25 hours).
2. Clean/replace the air cleaners pre-filter or Oil-
foam element if fitted.
3. Clean/replace the air cleaners filter cartridge.
4. Check/adjust the cutting unit settings.
5. Adjust the parking brake.
6. Inspect the flame proofing/spark extinguisher,
extra equipment.
7. Clean/replace the spark plugs.
8. Change the inline fuel filter.
9. Clean the engine and transmission cooling fins.
10. Check the play in the engine valves.
11. Perform the 300-hour service at an authorised
service workshop.
