• Check headset for play and adjust as necessary.
• Dry clean E-system, DO NOT use water.
• Check E-system connecons.
Servicing
A service should be done twice a year by a Percient and competent cycle mechanic.
• Cables should be replaced to ensure smooth funcon of the brakes and gears where cables are used. We
recommend stainless steel cables are used to resist corrosion.
• Hydraulic brakes are to be bled once a year to keep the seals in good order and stop deterioraon of the brake uid.
MINERAL OIL ONLY.
• Axles are to be removed and greased to stop and galvanic corrosion.
• Inspecon of chain condion and condion of any chainrings and cogs. Heavily worn or damaged cogs can cause
failure to the chain or drive system.
• Grease the headset and quill stem sha if applicable.
• It’s recommended that the Hub drive motors are serviced by an E-bike specialist yearly to ensure they are
lubricated and there is no damage to the gears inside, especially if they have been ridden through deep puddles or
streams.
• Like all mechanical devices, regular maintenance and inspecon are important to keeping them working smoothly.
While the components and frames are robust and wear through use is unavoidable serious issues can be averted if
the vehicle is well maintained. If a tricycle has not had regular servicing or maintenance, then the warranty could
become void.
