Check the same with the rear brake (removing
the rear carrier can assist with access to the
brake callipers.
Clicking from boom bracket
Worn boom bracket
Sealed boom bracket unit needs replacing, take
to a reputable bicycle shop or mobile mechanic.
Handlebars move while riding
Securing nut loose
Over me through use the 5mm hex bolt or
4mm hex bolts may come loose due to
vibraons.
Check the 5mm bolts are ght on the stem.
For stems with face plates check all 4mm hex
bolts are ght and even.
Lights not coming on
Possible loose connecon. LED
blown.
Follow cable from back of lights to any
connectors and check the connecon is solid.
Also check the connectors at the back of the
light. Look for any damage to the cables or light
unit. Replace if water or condensaon is seen in
the unit.
Assist system is showing as
working but not engaging.
Possible brake sensor issue.
With the system on and lights o check to see if
rear brake light is on. If it is the brake sensors in
the brake levers need adjusng. This is easily
done with an 8mm spanner and 2.5mm hex key.
