tricycle in a dry area. It may be tempng to use a
hairdryer over the display etc, if the heat is too
high it can damage seals and internals. Only use
a cool seng when doing so. Best pracce
would be to store the tricycle inside if possible
or in a dry place. DO NOT COVER THE TRICYCLE,
this will cause any evaporang moisture to
condense back onto the tricycle. Wait 48 hours
before re-connecng the E-system together and
test. If any error messages appear contact a local
E-bike shop.
If possible, remove the chains and clean with a
quality degreaser. Agitate any dirt on the chain
with a brush or with a chain cleaning machine.
Inspect the chain for any damage; twisted links
cracked plates or links and for chain wear with a
chain wear tool. Dry the chain and use a water
disperser to remove any residual
degreaser/water then apply a small amount of
chain lubricant wiping the excess with a clean
rag.
