16 Warranty
AllJotron products are warrantedagainst factory defectsin materials and/or workmanship.
The warranty period for the Tron TR30 radio is validfor 2 years from the date theproduct is
shippedfrom Jotron.
Duringthis warranty period Jotron will repair or when necessary replace a product at no cost,
includingthe costs of labor, materials and returntransportation from Jotron or a Jotron
subsidiary (accordingto delivery terms: DAP Incoterms 2010 by regular freight to "place"
(airport)).
Jotronreserves theright to decidewhether adefective product falls within theterms and
conditions of thewarranty.
The warranty isonly validas longas serviceandbattery replacement have beencarriedoutby an
authorized Jotron agent or distributor.In addition,the warranty willnot apply inthe instance that
the product has beenaccidentally damaged,misused,tamperedwith and/or is dysfunctionalas a
result of services or modifications performedby andunauthorizedpersonor inan unauthorized
facility.
Jotronis not liablefor consequentialor specialdamagesandcannot be held responsiblefor any
damagescauseddueto incorrect usage of the equipment,breachof procedures,or the failure of
any specific component or other part of the equipment.
