SteeringTrim(STT)
TheXR-3electronicsteeringtrim lever,locatedjustabove
thesteeringwheel,allowsthecenterpositionoftheservoto
bemanipulatedineitherdirectiontoachieveprecisecenter-
ingofthesteeringassembly.Steeringtraveladjustmentval-
ues(page18)remaincompletelyindependentfromthe
steeringtrim,unlessthetrimvalueexceedstheselected
endpointvalues.(Forexample:Iftrimvaluearesetat40and
endpointvaluesat30,steeringtrimwill override/alterthe
endpointvalue.)

teringofthethrottletriggerneutralposition.Throttle
endpointadjustmentvalues(page18)remaincompletely
independentfromthethrottletrim,unlessthetrimvalue
exceedstheselectedendpointvalues.(Forexample:Ifthe
trimvalueissetat40andtheendpointvaluesat30,throttle
trimwill override/altertheendpointvalue.)

right(-).Assoonasthetrimis moved,theSTTsteeringtrim

thetrimleveris untouchedforaperiodoffiveseconds.To
resetthetrimvalueto 0,presstheINCREASEand
DECREASEkeysatthesametimewhiletheSTTscreenis
displayed.
