17.1. Pump connection with HSP booster pump
Caution: Securely attach all tubing to prevent slipping.
Important::
If an HSP booster pump is used, the pump connections (21, 22) cannot be used any
more They have to be closed tightly with union nuts with inserted blind sieves.
Pump connectors (43) M16x1:
• Unscrew the M 16 x 1 collar nuts on the pump connectors (43)
(feed , return ) with a 19 mm (3/4") wrench and remove
the sealing disks.
• Attach the tubing to the connectors of the external open system
and fasten with tube clamps to prevent slipping.

Cooling capacity using a HSP booster pump:
If a HSP booster pump is used, the ultra-low refrigerated circulators do not reach the specified lowest
bath temperature because the pump dissipates frictional heat of approx. 400 W to the bath fluid.
