Warning:
The excess temperature protection >SafeTemp< should be set at least 25 °C below
the fire point of the bath fluid used.
In the event of wrong setting there is a fire hazard!
We disclaim all liability for damage caused by wrong settings!
Setting range:
0 °C to 220 °C
A safety device not depending on the circulator. If the actual bath temperature
exceeds the adjusted safety temperature value at the safety potentiometer, the
supplementary heater is switched off permanently. There is an optical and
audible alarm indication with a permanent signal sound.
Adjust the safety potentiometer to the value for the high temperature protection
(see above) by means of a screwdriver and the scale which is printed on.
Example above: 50 °C
Recommendation::
When the working temperature in the bath is reached, the safety potentiometer
should be turned back slowly to the switched-off point by means of a
screwdriver. Afterwards use the scale to adjust the value by 10 °C higher.
Press the mains power switch of the HST off and on again to cancel the alarm
state.
