Deck Adjustments
The deck section contains eight adjustments
• 81MHz VCO Center Frequency
• PB Switching Point
• Sync Level
• Burst Level
• Fs PLL
• Head Rec Current
• VCO Center Frequency (ME SP)
• VCO Center Frequency (ME LP)
Preparation
Some adjustments require the output signal of the unit be viewed on an oscilloscope. Leave
the connection to the output signal as is.
Some adjustments require a connection to test points in the unit. A Jig Connector is required
to measure these test points. The preparation varies according to model. Refer the appropriate
section.
