TROUBLESHOOTING
Check IC601, D610, D615 and their pe
riphery, and
service it if defective.
The power cannot be turned on.
The fuse blows out.

Is normal state restored when once unplugged power
cord is plugged again several seconds?
Check if there is any leak or short-circuiting on the
primary circuit component, and service it if defective.

No
Check each rectifying circuit of the secondar
y circuit
and service it if defective.
Check the prese

leaking or shorted and service it if defective.
Check the prese
nce that the rectifying diode or circuit
is shorted in each rectifying circuit of secondary side,
and service it if de
fective.
After ser
vicing, replace the fus
e (F601).
When the output voltage fluctuates.

Does the photocoupler circuit on the secondar
y side
operate normally?
No

Check IC601, Q900, D913 and their periphery, and
service it if defective.
When buzz sound can be heard in the vicinity of power circuit.
FLOW CHART NO.4
Check if there is any short-circuit on the rec
tifying diode and the circuit in each rectifying circuit of the secondary side, and
service it if defective. (IC900, IC902, D900, D903, D904, D905, D906, D924, D990, Q901, Q902, Q906, Q908, Q911, Q922, Q936)
Check if there is any leak or short-circuit on the loaded
circuit, and service it if defective.
+35V is not output.

Is appro
ximately 35V voltage supplied to the cathode
of D903?
No

Check D903, D908, C903 and their periphery circuit,
and service it defective.
