What to do if K-Systems G210 InviCell show wrong CO level measured at 2 sample port?
    • M
      michellegriffinAug 3, 2025
If you're getting an incorrect CO level reading at sample port 2 on your K-Systems Accessories, first ensure the system is powered on by checking the mains and main fuse. Then, verify that the CO gas regulator 2 is activated. Also, check the gas supply to confirm that the correct gas is connected to the CO gas input 2, with a pressure of 0.5-1.0 bar. Finally, ensure that the actual gas concentration matches the setpoint and calibrate the gas concentration if needed.

Why does K-Systems Accessories show the wrong temperature on the touchscreen?
    • H
      Henry PowellAug 8, 2025
If the K-Systems Accessories touchscreen displays the wrong temperature after the system has stabilized, the temperature setpoint might be incorrect. Check the desired temperature setpoint to resolve this issue.

Why is there a temperature difference between chambers in K-Systems G210 InviCell?
    • C
      Christopher MorganAug 13, 2025
If you notice a temperature difference between chambers in your K-Systems Accessories, it might be due to the system not being properly calibrated. Calibrate each zone according to the User Manual using a high precision thermometer.

What to do if the K-Systems Laboratory Equipment measures the wrong CO level at the sample port?
    • D
      Danielle SimsAug 18, 2025
If the CO level measured at the sample port is incorrect, there are several potential causes: * The system may not be powered on. Ensure the mains and main fuse are working. * The CO gas regulator might be off. Activate the CO gas regulator. * There might be no CO or the wrong gas attached to the CO gas input. Verify the gas supply and ensure that 0.5-1.0 bar of gas pressure is applied. * The actual gas concentration could be higher or lower than the setpoint. Check the CO setpoint and adjust it to the required concentration. You might also need to recalibrate the gas concentration.

Why is the CO pressure alarm on in my K-Systems Laboratory Equipment?
    • R
      Rachel LoveAug 23, 2025
The CO pressure alarm may be triggered because there is no or wrong CO gas pressure to the system. To resolve this, check the CO gas supply and ensure that the pressure is kept stable at 0.5-1.0 bar.

How to fix poor CO gas regulation in K-Systems Laboratory Equipment?
    • E
      Eugene PearsonAug 27, 2025
Poor CO gas regulation can occur if the lids are left open; in this case, close the lid(s). It can also occur if the seals are damaged or missing on the lid(s); if that is the case, check that the seals are intact.
