Material 1 l cooling oil
Precondition Cut-off the electrical power supply via the power supply isolating device,
ensure that the device is locked off,
verify the absence of any voltage.

1. Remove the filler plug from the airend.
2. Pour the stipulated amount of cooling oil into the airend and replace the filler plug.
3. Loosen the screw plugs 4
and lift the belt guard 5 .
4. Turn the rotors manually by means of the belt pulley to distribute the oil.
5. Replace the belt guard and tighten the screw plugs.

Activating and deactivating the MODULATING control
Use a shut-off valve to activate and deactivate the MODULATING control. If the MODULATING
control is deactivated, the machine always delivers the maximum possible compressed air quantity
in LOAD mode.
