5.1.4 Battery charge state indicator
The battery charge state indicator is located above the
row of LEDs that displays the power-assist mode.

If the battery charge state falls below a minimum level,
the system switches o. No LEDs light up on the control
panel.
If you do not move your Pedelec for 10 minutes, the
system switches o automatically. If you subsequent-
ly want to ride using the assistance, you will have to
switch it back on via the control panel.
5.1.5 Troubleshooting
The control panel shows you when faults occur. In such a
situation, the LEDs on the battery display will show a par-
ticular ash pattern:
If all of the LEDs on the battery display ash simultane-
ously immediately aer switching the system on, this
means that there is a problem with the battery communi-
cation.
In that case, switch the system o and then back
on again.
If the problem occurs again, put the battery in the
charger, so that the battery management can elimi-
nate an existing problem. You can also use another
approved battery.
If the ashing signal persists, have the system
checked by a specialist dealer.
If, shortly aer setting o or during a journey, the le-
hand LED blinks briey and then all LEDs ash, this means
that one of the problems described below is present:

No connection between
motor unit and battery
Connect the battery to the
charger.
Use a dierent battery.
Have your specialist cycle
shop check the control
cable that runs om the
battery plug to the motor
unit.
