MULTICAL® 403 cn be exended by  wide rnge of exr funcions by mens of communicion
modules. Below, pulse inpus/oupus nd module ypes re briefly described.
Note: Before replcing or mouning modules, he supply o he meer mus be swiched off. The

exr meers wih eiher Reed-swich oupu or
pssive elecronic pulse oupu.
Minimum pulse durion is 30 ms, mx. pulse
frequency is 3 Hz.
If  module wih pulse inpus is mouned in
MULTICAL® 403, he meer is uomiclly configured for pulse inpus. Plese noe h he pulse

pulse durion cn be chnged by mens of he PC progrm METERTOOL HCW.
