High pressure supply unit for the central supply of
high pressure cleaning systems with any number of
extraction locations.
 For the simultaneous operation of 2-17 lances with
a max. delivery rate of 3000 - 12,000 l/h, at a pres-
sure of 100 bar
 Max. feed temperature of 60°C, optional via inte-
grated prepressure pump of 85
 2-4 motor pump units with Kärcher crankshaft
pumps
 Air-cooled motor pump units with 11 kW connect-
ed power and a feed rate of 3,000 l/h per pump
 Different configurable setup:
- frame module in zinc-coated steel or optional in
stainless steel
- full paneling optional zinc-coated steel or in stain-
less steel
 Connection hoses for water supply, high pressure
connection, included in delivery
Functions:
 Automatic start via activation of gun
 Partial quantity regulation by regulating the water
volume at a pump vie the freqency transducer
 Sequential inversion of the pump and the regula-
tion via frequency transducer to pumps for load
and runtime optimisation
 Load-dependent switching on and off of the
pumps
 Time-delayed switch off if nothing is removed by
pressure measurement on the high pressure out-
let
 Leakage detection and continuous extraction fuse
 Temperature monitoring and lack of water fuse
 Function and fault diagnostics display
 Switching over to manual operation in case of in-
dividual pumps being defective
