4.  Replace the fuse with a new fuse with the same ratings as the fuse you are removing; install it 
into the fuse box and then insert the box cover. 
 
 
Disconnect the line cord at the rear panel and remove all test leads connected to the 
instrument before replacing the line fuse. Failure to do so could expose the operator to 
hazardous voltages that could result in personal injury or death. 
Cleaning the front-panel display 
Inspect the power supply as often as operating conditions require.   
To clean the exterior surface: 
1.  Remove loose dust on the outside of the power supply with a lint-free cloth. Be careful that you 
do not scratch the display. 
2.  Use a soft cloth dampened with water to clean the power supply. Use an aqueous solution of 75 
percent isopropyl alcohol for a more efficient cleaning. 
To avoid damage to the surface of the power supply, you should not use any abrasive or chemical 
cleaning agents.
