Calibration Adjustment Sequence
Given the sensitivity of the 6.5 digits internal DMM within the DAQ970A/
DAQ973A, it is imperative to follow the calibration sequence as stated below:
Internal DMM Adjustments
The DAQM901A multiplexer module will be needed to perform the following
procedures. The module must be installed in slot 300.

1 Zero and ADC calibration Zero adjustment
2 AC voltage low frequency gain and flatness calibration Gain adjustment
3 AC voltage gain and flatness calibration Gain adjustment
4 AC current gain and flatness calibration Gain adjustment

6 Frequency accuracy calibration Gain adjustment
7 DC voltage gain calibration (≤10 V) Gain adjustment
8 Ohms gain calibration (4-wire and 2-wire) Gain adjustment

11 Capacitance zero calibration Zero adjustment
