ATTACHING THE GLASS SHADE
Step 1. Unscrew the finial and remove the glass holder from light kit
socket (Fig. 16)
Step 2. Carefully raise the glass shade up to the light kit, passing the
pull chain for the light kit and fan through the center opening of the
glass shade. Pass the pull chain for the light kit through the center
opening of the glass holder and through the finial. Pass the pull
chain for the fan through the off-center opening of the glass holder.
Step 3. With the glass shade carefully raised up to the light kit, so
that the threads of the light kit socket protrude from the bottom of
the glass shade, raise the glass holder up to the glass shade,
passing it over the threads of the light kit socket. Thread the finial
onto the threads protruding from the bottom of the glass holder.
Tighten the finial by hand evenly to secure the glass. DO NOT OVER
TIGHTEN. (Fig. 16)
Step 4. Attach fobs to pull chains. (Fig. 16)
