Sets the codes to be dialed to an IP PBX to enable or disable the following functions.
1. Mode – Selects whether or not all these codes are active.
3. Always CFW – Always Call Forward
4. Busy CFW - Call Forward Busy
5. No Answer CFW - Call Forward No Answer
