3. Remove 2 (two) T-15 Torx screws, (see Figure 2).

4. Li up and remove diverter assembly from sump, (see
Figure 3).

NOTE: The diverter disc is keyed to the motor sha. The
diverter motor can be removed without removing the diverter
disc, but to install the diverter motor, the diverter housing
must be removed to align the diverter disc to the motor sha.
Remove the Diverter Assembly
1. Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.
2. If not done already, disconnect the diverter motor and
sensor harnesses; and if available, the lower wash arm
motor harness*. (See gure 1.)
*Note: The lower spray arm motor, which is incorporated
into the diverter assembly (see gure 1), is available on
models that have the controlled lower spray arm.

Removing Diverter Assembly
WARNING
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
Replace all parts and panels before operating.
Remove 2 #15 Torx Screws
