Cooling system
Removal
u Remove two screws 3 diametrically opposed.
u Place guiding rods in place of the two screws 3.
u Remove remaining screws 3 and screws 6.
u Remove thermostat housing 2.
u Remove guiding rods.
u Remove LT thermostats 1.
u Remove pipe 8 with flange 5.
Installation
u Assemble pipe 8 and flange 5 with o-rings 4, 7.
u Insert o-rings 7 on coolant pump inlet.
u Position pipe assembly on coolant pump inlet.
u Position LT thermostats 1 in thermostat housing 2.
u Place guiding rods in place of two screws 3.
u Place thermostat housing 2.
u Place screws 3.
u Remove guiding rods.
u Place remaining screws.
u Screw thermostat housing 2 with screws 3, 6.
u Tighten screws to torque according to tightening specifications.
Information
Vent coolant circuit at the end of installation.
Specific values
LT thermostats start to open at 45 °C113 °F and are fully opened at 57 °C135 °F.
Tightening specifications

q Remove machinery HT cooling system piping.
